Returns & Refunds – Student-Friendly Policy

Tuition Fees
Tuition fees paid to the respective colleges through Sheen Stein Private Limited are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these amounts are directly remitted to the university/college on your behalf.
However, we always aim to be fair to our students:

If a student has pre-booked a medical seat and later does not meet the eligibility criteria for admission, the registration/admission fees will be refunded.

Once the admission procedure has formally started, and the student/parents request cancellation, a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the student/parents (excluding non-refundable tuition paid to the university) will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item/request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or not approved as per our policy.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be initiated to your original method of payment (for example, your credit card or bank account). The credit will reflect within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank – there is often some internal processing time before a refund appears in your account.
