Applicants and their parents/guardians must read and understand these terms and conditions in full. If you need any clarification, please discuss it with Sheen Stein EduTech before filling out and submitting the application form.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants and guardians should be aware that the basic eligibility for Indian students seeking admission to MBBS is:

  • 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in Class 12

    • 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates

  • A pass in English

  • An overall pass in the Class 12 board examination, as prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC).

• Any additional eligibility criteria required by the destination country or university must also be fulfilled by the applicant.

• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they fully satisfy all MCI/NMC and country-specific eligibility criteria.

2. Documents & Passport

• The applicant must submit original documents for verification/processing whenever requested.

• The applicant is responsible for obtaining a valid passport in time for travel abroad.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

In India:

• Fees collected in India are treated as initial registration fees, which may vary depending on the college.

• This initial registration fee is payable along with the application form.

• A refund of the initial registration fee is possible only if:

  • A written request is made on or before 30th September of the year of admission.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the month of December of the same year.

• Once the applicant proceeds beyond registration and pays application and/or processing fees, no refund is possible for those amounts.

Overseas Fees:

• Fees paid overseas (to the university or other foreign entities) are non-refundable.

4. Mode of Payment to Sheen Stein EduTech

• Applicants/guardians must pay all fees due to Sheen Stein EduTech in India only, before the student leaves for abroad.

• Payments can be made:

  • At the Trivandrum office, or

  • Online / via UPI / digital payment methods as instructed by Sheen Stein EduTech.

• No cash or cheque should be handed over to any individual or counselor in any other name.

• Sheen Stein Private Limited will not entertain any claims for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.

• Fees payable to the university are to be paid directly overseas as per university instructions.

5. Accuracy of Information

• If any false or misleading information is provided by the applicant, Sheen Stein EduTech reserves the right to take appropriate action against such an applicant.

• The responsibility and consequences of providing false information lie entirely with the applicant.

6. Rules, Regulations & Governance

• Students are governed by:

  • The rules and regulations of the university

  • The laws of the host country

  • Any agreements between:

    • The university and its associates

    • Sheen Stein EduTech and the applicant

7. Admission, Visa, Responsibilities & Claims

• Sheen Stein EduTech is responsible for:

  • Admission into the university, and

  • Guidance for documentation only.

• The invitation letter issued by the university shall be considered proof of admission.

• The following are the sole responsibility of the applicant:

  • Obtaining a passport on time

  • Securing visa clearance

  • Passing any visa interview

  • Getting MCI/NMC certificate of eligibility (where applicable)

  • Clearing immigration formalities

• Sheen Stein EduTech and its associates will not be liable for any claims related to:

  • Costs of application

  • Non-attendance at the university

  • Loss of an academic year

  • Any delays or losses due to:

    • Passport or visa issues

    • Travel/ticketing/flight delay

    • Acts of God/nature, war, or civil unrest

    • Changes in government policies or regulations

8. Course Completion & Costs

• Sheen Stein Private Limited does not guarantee the applicant’s successful completion of the course.
  Course completion depends on:

  • University rules and policies

  • The applicant’s academic performance and conduct.

• The cost of the course, visa fees, processing fees, and related charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

9. Annual University Fees

• Annual fees must be paid directly to the university before the prescribed due date each year.

• Applicants must confirm the exact due dates and ensure timely payment.

• Failure to pay on time can result in:

  • Denial of admission for the academic year, or

  • Deportation or other action as per local laws and university rules.

10. Final Authority

• For any matters not specifically covered in these terms, the decision of Sheen Stein Private Limited will be final and binding on the applicant and their parents/legal guardians.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Trivandrum only.

12. Document Upload Guidelines

When filling out the online registration form:

• The following documents must be uploaded:

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Higher Secondary (Class 12) Mark Sheet

  • Passport-size photograph

• File format requirements:

  • All documents must be clearly scanned and uploaded in PDF format.

  • The photograph must be in JPEG/JPG format.

• Other file formats will not be accepted, and may require the applicant to refill and resubmit the entire registration form.
