Hebei Medical University (Chinese: 河北医科大学) is a university in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China, under the provincial government. It was established in 1894, making it one of the oldest, and is an AAA graded medical school in China. Located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province which is 4 hours away from Beijing by car and 1 and a half hours by train.

Ningxia Medical University was established in the year 1958. Earlier, it was known as Ningxia Medical College. The University is the unique higher learning medical institution of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The University is located in the capital city, Yinchuan. It is referred as “The South Beauty beyond the Great Wall” in the Northwest.

Shihezi University is a public university located in Shihezi, Xinjiang, China, founded in April 1996 under the integration of institutional colleges by the Ministry of Education and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. It is a national key university.

Southeast University (SEU), located in Nanjing, the ancient capital city of six dynasties, is a prestigious institution of higher learning renowned both at home and abroad. As one of the national key universities directly subordinate to the Ministry of Education of China and jointly established with Jiangsu Province, it is also listed as one of the universities involved in National “985 Project” “211 Project”. In 2017, SEU was ranked on the list of constructing “Class A first-rate world universities”.

Yangzhou University (YZU) is co-sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and the Ministry of Education of China. It is a key comprehensive university of Jiangsu Province, and one of the first authorized to grant both master’s and doctoral degrees. The history of YZU can be traced back to as early as 1902, when its predecessors, Tongzhou Private Teachers’ School and Tonghai Agricultural School, were established.

Nantong University, colloquially known in Chinese as Tong da, was established in 1912. The university is located in Nantong, Jiangsu province, China. It occupies 4000 acres and have 800 thousand square meters used for school buildings.

Soochow University is located in Suzhou, a famous historical and cultural city known as "paradise on earth". It is a national "double first-class" construction university and the first batch of universities to be listed in the "211 Project" and "2011 Plan". The Bureau of Science and Technology and Jiangsu Province jointly established a university, and it is also a key comprehensive university in Jiangsu Province.

In 2004, the University of Nottingham Ningbo China was approved by the Ministry of Education and became the first Chinese-foreign cooperative university in China to introduce high-quality teaching resources from a world-class university, with independent legal personality and independent campus. The University of Nottingham Ningbo China was founded by the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and Zhejiang Wanli College.

Fujian Medical University (FJMU) was founded in 1937. With the mission of creating and nurturing a diverse community of elites who are "diligent, prudent, truth-seeking and innovative", for over 70 years, it has developed an integral education system offering bachelor's, master's and doctor's degree programs. In 2003, FJMU was approved by Fujian Provincial People's Government as one of the key universities for priority development.
